In this case the Reconstruction of the Breast was not only inadequate but also, the implant slipped out of the muscle giving her tremendous deformity.
A formal mastopexy corrected the patient deformity and provided her with a nice perky reshaped breast. This is a post op result at only 3 weeks and will continue to improve over the next few months.
